Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-volume drops, launches, or holiday periods, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Orders (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Tracking Information

After your order ships, tracking details will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.

If you experience any shipping issues, contact us and we will do our best to assist you.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information. If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, we are unable to guarantee address changes once the order has been processed.

Orders returned due to incorrect or insufficient address information may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.


International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work toward a resolution.
